    Return Policy

    • We gladly accept returns on non-personalized jewelry
    • Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible
    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return and we will provide you with instructions and a RMA number
    • A full refund will be provided, minus shipping fees, once the merchandise is received
    • We are not responsible for return shipping fees
    • Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns


    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are accepted on non-personalized jewelry
    • Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible
    • If the replacement item is priced higher than the piece being exchanged, the buyer will receive an invoice for the remaining balance owed
    • We are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanges
    • Gift items can be exchanged for store credit only
    • Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchanges

     

    Cancellations

    • Every piece is handmade to order. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of making your purchase. A full refund will be provided 
    • If you cancel outside of the 24 hour window and your order is in progress, a 40% restock fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded to the original payment method


    Repairs

    • In the rare case that anything should happen to your jewelry within 90 days, that can be directly related to our craftsmanship, we will replace or repair it free of charge
    • After 90 days, a fee may be charged for repairs


    Maintenance

    • Care instructions are included in every order and are available in our FAQ section
